Greg started a home improvement business back in 2004 and named it Dovetail Improvements. He works on just about anything in home repairs. He does plumbing, electrical, flooring, windows, doors and his favorite – carpentry. We also started a new company here in Wisconsin in 2019, GK Custom Designs. Greg makes small furniture as well as desk and floor lamps. He purchases retro lamp shades and then creates a base to fit the shade. His love for carpentry has increased since he now has a large workshop in our home. Nearly every piece of furniture in our house has been custom made by Greg.

I began working as a sub-contractor doing corporate bookkeeping in 2007. I am currently a Senior Accountant for a very busy Property Management firm. I also help Greg with his furniture business by painting small pieces and setting up our sales booth at various art shows.

As of 2025, Greg and I are semi-retired from his home improvement business and the PM firm. Greg continues to make things and I try to help!

Greg and I decided to begin a ministry with the idea of having a “safe” place for people to request prayer and ask questions about God, Jesus and anything in the Bible. Now, we do not pretend to know it all, but with our over 30 years of studying the Word and in prayer, we have much to share.
